It has one of the finest pedigrees in Perth, with chef Alain Fabregues and
patissier Emmanuel Mollois. But if that's not enough, it also has a bunch of awards and some
pigs trotters in the food. The food is genuine French bistro fare, which means savoury and meaty, and perhaps a little salty.
