High tea @ C Restaurant

It's a gimmick but it works, and the view from the restaurant on the 33rd  floor is definitely unique in Perth. Service often lets down C Restaurant, even though the food is consistently good (albeit expensive). The High Tea is very nice but I wouldn't go in a large group and I wouldn't bother bringing the kids.
