If you are an unadventurous eater, if you lack stamina or the ability to try new things that might look a little strange, if you are economically disadvantaged, claustrophobic or are a control freak, then eating at Amuse is not for you. However if you want to be challenged (in a dark dark space) then get your credit card ready and prepare to be amazed.
