| A range of starters from the Subiaco Hotel |
Admittedly, it's been a while since I visited the Subi for dinner, and they have had some significant renovations done in the last year, but the Subi Hotel has always been an institution and it only ever seems to improve with age.

Price range: $$$
Must try: my go-to dish had always been the Subi Plate but they no longer offer it, guess I will have to find a new favourite
