The buffet at the Hyatt Cafe is enormous but that doesn't mean the quality is compromised. You will certainly pay for the privilege and you should only bother going if you have a decent appetite, but you could easily eat your weight in fresh seafood. Only bring the kids if they are adventurous eaters with hollow legs.
